Tara Norgate of Eatonville, Washington. She represented herself as having a Grumbach Incubator for sale, we paid for the incubator and she has yet to ship it to us and has yet to do anything to get us what we paid for or return our money. Law enforcement has been contacted and a criminal complaint filed. She is located in Eatonville, Washington and I have found references under the name of Nor Gate Farm (Better Business Bureau) and/or Parrot Preservation Partnership (http://members.aol.com/tntherbals/ppp.html), known email address of tntherbals@aol.com and NorGaitFarm@aol.com. Another web address she is using is http://members.aol.com/norgaitfarm/index.html. We are pursing other options to recover our lose. More investigation has turned up information showing she has been involved in several civil suits and there are several liens against their property in Eatonville, Washington. She is/has been involved in competition barrel racing. Also, I have received several emails from others indicating similar experiences - money sent - birds not received or not as represented. I will continue to include this message until this is properly resolved or law enforcement takes notice to this and the other number of people who have been scammed.

Looks like she has been scamming cat people as well. Some complaints filed noted here. She has been permanently suspended from the Cat Fanciers' Associations since 2/2002.
